Welcome to the future of your organization

Innovation training programs that support teams, enterprises, and everyone in between.

Practical training that can be used immediately.

Some people believe that to be innovative you need to be born that way. We believe that everyone can be more innovative, and after training thousands of people, and measuring the outcomes, we know it’s true.

Being more innovative is simple. In fact, everyone’s been innovative at some point in their lives but may not realize it. We take vague ideas that surround terms like Creative, Innovative and Inventive, and provide a simple and easy-to-use technique that anyone can apply to any problem.

The secret to our technique is the unique Blade Kotelly 10-Step Innovation Process, and the way we teach the skills of invention along with leadership skills that separate people who just have good ideas, from the people who have good ideas which create value.

The live training is highly interactive and extremely practical. We’ve worked hard to make sure there’s no jargon and no need to memorize complex concepts. Over just two-and-a-half days, participants practice skills in small groups, then finish by applying them to their own business problems, presenting their results and getting feedback.

Immediately after the class, participants are ready to use their skills.

By ensuring that every training-group has team members from a variety of levels of the organization, we are able to build psychological safety and self-confidence at the same time.

And it sticks. Without any intervention, the confidence, and ability to use these skills persist for months. Additional booster-workshops enable groups to deep-dive on topics they care most about.

“My Key Take-Aways From The Training

It gave me practical tools - not only did it provide a high level theory/approach, but the toolkit is granular enough to apply to real life problems. It inspired me. This iterative process is what helps us to achieve breakthroughs!!”

-Amy B. Cohen-Dagan, Global Innovation at AB Inbev
